ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 27/02/2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings. Court notice was issued to the complainant but notice was not returned back it seems that OP was duly served. Despite service complainant not appeared today.  Commission can not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
