The case record put up today. The complainant is absent on call. The O.p No.1 is present and filed hazira. We gone through the counter of O.p no.1 filed on 18.01.2021 where the O.p No.1 stated that the complainant already approched on the fact before the PLA vide case no-37/2019 and in the court of PLA,the O.p No.1 submitted his counter. Now the case is subjudice before court of PLA. It in came to our notice that the present case was filed in this year 2018 but due to No quorum the case didnot admitted. However as the complainant case at PLA court is already taken up for hearing Hence the complainant is at liberty to approch this commission after the final conclusion of the case of PLA phulbani. Hence the case is hereby dropped.
