   Both sides represent.  Mediator filed report stating that the matter is settled in mediation. As per the settlement, OP will have to pay Rs.1,25,000/- to the complainant in two instalments.  1^st instalment of Rs.60,000/- on or before 30/10/2024 and 2^nd instalment of Rs.65,000/- will be on or before 30/11/2024.

   If OP fails to comply the  compensation condition, the settled amount of Rs.1,25,000/- will carry interest@9% per annum  from the date of 8/10/2024 till realization.  As per the compromise condition, case is decreed.  Complainant is at liberty to execute the decree  if necessary.
