Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 08.02.2021. Complainant is not appearing for last two consecutive dates of hearings i.e. 31.01.2023 and 20.09.2023. On 20.09.2023 last opportunity was given to parties to argue on the application filed u/s 19 of C.P.C.. Today also complainant has not appeared. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
