                        None for the Op No.2.

 

                        Service of Ops No.1 and 3 is complete and filed vakalatnama. Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 3 has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a cheque of Rs.9210/- vide bearing No.000259 dated 11.03.2016 in compliance of order under execution application and order under execution application has been fully complied with.

                        Authorised representative for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.9210/- vide bearing No.000259 dated 11.03.2016 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
