ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Udit Kakkar, Counsel for Microsoft (OP-1) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 7,620/- from OP-1, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
