          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri A.S. Gupta, Counsel for the complainant have received an amount of Rs. 7,999/- from OP vide cheque no. 006309 dated 07.03.2019, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
