          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms. Shruti Srivastava counsel for OP has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and paid an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands settled.
