Order No.22               Date: 07.06.2022

One Mr. Jagannath Dutta claimed to be a father of Ms. Tania Dutta but he fail to prove that he is a father of Ms. Tania Dutta and this Court/Commission is directed Mr. Jagannath Dutta to produce the document that he is a father of Ms. Tania Dutta vide order no.16 dated 05/04/2021 thereafter order no.19 dated 27/10/2021. In spite of that orders Mr. Jagannath Dutta failed to submit the document by which he prove that he is the father of Ms. Tania Dutta but he submitted only photo copy of Aadhar Card. So there is no such document and he submits that he does not rely on the order of this Commission.

Hence, this case is released and this case is referred to the President, Hon’ble State Commission for transferring the case to the another appropriate bench.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the President, Hon’ble State Commission for passing necessary order.
