Both the parties have stated that a settlement between them has been arrived at before Delhi Mediation Centre, New Delhi and filed copy of order dated 02.08.2017. Counsel for complainant stated that he has already received the payment as per order dated 02.08.2017 and wants to withdraw the case. Request of the Counsel for complainant is considered and allowed.
