Complainant and Opposite Party-1 filed compromise dated 21.05.2016 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-1 to refund the amount of Rs. 10,500/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within 30 days. The complainant will return the original job-sheet with all accessories to the OP-1.    

This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period 30 days failing which an additional interest of Rs. 10% per annum will be payable on whole above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
