                    Vakalatnama filed on behalf of OP no. 1 by the counsel.  On the request of the counsel for the parties their statement recorded separately.  In view of the statement of the parties, the complainant is directed to deliver the standby handset to the care centre/OP no. 3 of the OP no. 1 and the care centre/OP no. 3 of OP no. 1 is directed to deliver the replaced new mobile handset to the complainant within 7 days.

                    Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  The complaint is disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
