ORDER

     Sh.Amandeep Singh, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.3.

     The complainant and OP No.3 have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.3 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Nirmaljeet Singh Sidhu, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OP No.3 fails to pay Rs.6800/- plus Rs.2500/-, totality Rs.9300/-, to the complainant as per undertaking within a period of 30 days from today i.e. 06.09.2016, then OP No.3 shall pay that amount of Rs.9300/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 06.09.2016 till the payment is made.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
