During the course of proceedings of this case, Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 got recorded his statement that OP No.1 is ready to make the payment of Rs.12000/- to the complainant against the mobile handset bearing IMEI No.9114232550342029Model Canvas Silver, as full and final settlement of the above said mobile handset purchased through invoice No.50289 dated 02.01.2016, within one month from the receiving of the order passed by this Hon'ble forum on the basis of the statement made today. The complainant is also bound to handover the original bill and job sheet alongwith the other accessories. The complaint may kindly be disposed of accordingly. Counsel for the Complainant also got recorded his statement that he accepts the offer given by Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1, the present complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Resultantly, the present complaint is disposed of with direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to make the payment of Rs.12000/- to the complainant against the above mobile handset as full and final settlement to the complainant within one month from the receipt of copy of this order. The complainant is also directed to handover the original bill and job sheet alongwith the other accessories to Opposite Party No.1. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of this case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
