During the course of proceedings of this case, Sh.Manuj Aggarwal, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 appeared and got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to make the payment of Rs.9595/- i.e. price of the mobile hand set along with Rs.1500/ as compensation as full and final settlement of claim of the complainant after receiving the original bill, Job Sheet along with the other accessories within one month from the receipt of copy of order passed by this Forum.

Similarly, Sh.Rajesh Sharma, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant also got recorded his statement that he accepts the offer given by Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 and the present complaint may be decided accordingly. Resultantly, the present complaint is disposed of with direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to make the payment of Rs.9595/-i.e. price of the mobile hand set along with Rs.1500/- as compensation to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The complainant is also directed to hand over the original bill, job sheet along with other accessories to Opposite Party No.1. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of this case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
