Parties have compromised. Their statements have been recorded. Opposite parties No.1 & 3 shall replace the mobile hand set in question to the complainant within a period of one month from today. New mobile hand set would be of the same make or of some higher make, atleast of Rs.7000/- with warranty of one year. In case of failure, entire price shall be refunded to the complainant.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
