                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.25 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the zimini orders, we found that since 21.09.2015 neither the complainant nor his counsel is appearing in this case.  Now the case is pending for the evidence of the complainant.  The complainant has not come present to adduce his evidence.  A period of about one year 5 months has passed but the complainant has not taken care of his case.  It seems that he is not interested to pursue his case.  The complainant has failed to adduce evidence despite various adjournments.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non prosecution and non compliance of the order.  File be consigned to the records.
