                    The case record is put up today on the strength of memo filed by both the parties . complainant as well as Adv. For Ops  present. Heard both the parties and the memo filed by both of therein. In view of the compromise taken place between the complainant. And the Ops  outside the forum with full satisfaction we accept the same. Accordingly the Ops  have submitted a cheque bearings  No. 005174 for Rs. 6500/- towards the compromise amount, before the Forum and the  complainant has received the same towards full satisfaction of the defence amount  . Accordingly  we hereby closed this case  at this stage with full satisfaction of the complainant.
