On 30.9.2015, Counsel for the opposite party No.1 Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv. got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund the price of the mobile hand set in question amounting to Rs.2700/- to the complainant subject to return of mobile hand set, original bill, job sheet and accessories in possession of the complainant to the opposite party within 15 days from today. Complainant Sh.Sukhwinder Singh got recorded his statement that he accepted the offer made by the opposite party No.1.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to return the mobile hand set in question, original bill, job sheet and accessories in possession of the complainant to the counsel for the opposite party within 15 days from today. Counsel for the opposite party No.1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.2700/- price value of the mobile set to the complainant within one month from the receipt of the mobile set in question, original bill, job sheet alongwith accessories in possession of the complainant. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
