                   Neeraj  Baluni  Vs   Micromax Informatics Ltd (CC No.118 of 2016)

ORDER

 

                   Male Member is on leave.

 

                   Learned counsel for OP-1  has made a statement that OP-1 is ready to refund Rs.3500/- against the cost of the mobile phone in full and final settlement  on deposit of old defective mobile phone along with accessories or on production of original job card.          

                   The complainant has also made a statement that in view of the statement made by OP-1 the complainant is agreed with the statement made by the counsel for OP-1 and accordingly his complaint may be disposed off.               

                   In view of the statement made by the respective parties, we direct OP-1 to  refund Rs.3500/- to the complainant against the cost of defective mobile phone within 30 days on deposit of old mobile phone with accessories or on production of original job card. The OP-1 shall make the compliance of the order within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The parties be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the records after due compliance.
