          A cheque of Rs.10,800/- in the name of complainant KK Garg has been handed over by Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP to Sh.K.K.Garg,Complainant and he has received the same. Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP has received handset alongwith accessories from the complainant. In view of the endorsement made by the complainant on the photocopy of cheque, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of the cheque.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
