The Learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that OPs shall repair mobile of the complainant within a period of thirty days, to the satisfaction of the complainant and the warranty for a period of six moths shall start from the date of repair of the mobile phone. Thereafter, complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for OPs, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the file be consigned to the record room. His statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, OPs shall be bound by the statement made by their counsel. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
