ORDER

                   Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP-1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   The OP-1 offers to pay Rs.11,000/-  (Rs.8600/- as invoice price plus Rs.2400/- as cost of litigation) to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute.  The amount will be paid within 45 days from today. 

                   Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   I accept the offer.   I withdraw this complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs.11,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today i.e. 06.10.2016, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
