ORDER

                   Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP -1 has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 15.12.2016:-

                   ”OP-1 offer to pay Rs.14200/-+3000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement to the dispute within 30 days”.

                   Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 15.12.2016:-

                   “I accept the offer and withdraw this complaint. The mobile set is already lying with OP No.2. Accessories shall be returned, if any, at the time of payment”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-2 shall pay a sum of Rs.17200/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.23.01.2017, failing which the OP-2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.  

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
