ORDER

     Sh.Amandeep Singh, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1. Notice sent to OP No.2 & 3 through ordinary post has not been received back.

     The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP No.1. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhradwaj, Counsel for Complainant, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OP No.1 fails to make the payment, complainant shall have a right to get the amount recovered through execution.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
