ORDER

                    Sh. Rakesh Kumar, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP-1 has complied with the order of this Forum dated 15.10.2015. I have received Cheque bearing No.001267, dated 04.04.2016 for Rs.7500/- in favour of Rakesh Kumar. I do not wish to press this execution application. So, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque bearing No.001267”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the cheque.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
