ORDER

                    Memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP -1 has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 23.02.2017:-

                   “OP-1 offer to pay Rs.6790/- plus 3000/- (Rs.9790/-) to the complainant in full and final settlement of the complaint within 30 days from today”

                   Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 23.02.2017:-

                   “I accept the offer and withdraw this complaint. The mobile set is with OP No.2. The complainant shall return the accessories and original job sheet at the time of receiving the payment”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs.9790/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e. 02.03.2017, failing which the OP-1 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
