ORDER

     Sh.Amandeep Singh, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1. File taken up in the Lok Adalat. The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which this complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order. If the compliance of the undertaking/statement is not made by OP No.1 within the prescribed period, the settled amount (Rs.10,000/-) shall carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment is made to the complainant.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
