     Sh.Amandeep Singh, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1. As per the request of the parties, the case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat and the matter has been settled between the complainant and OP No.1. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.
