The matter is settled amicably. Sh. V.S. Duggal counsel for opposite parties has made a statement to the effect that the opposite parties are ready to pay the price of the mobile set i.e. Rs. 6,400/- and one month time be given. Upon the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties, the complainant has also made a statement to the effect that he has heard the statement and agreed with the same and withdraw the present complaint.

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The opposite parties are directed to pay the price of the mobile set i.e. Rs. 6,400/- to the complainant within one month, failing which the complainant is at liberty to file an Execution Application and the opposite parties will also liable to pay the interest. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
