As per the settlement arrived on the previous date of hearing today the complainant and his counsel consented for Rs.15,500/- which will be paid to the complainant by way of DD within 10 days. The LC for OP.1 also paid cost of Rs.250/- today. In view of the undertaking given by the counsel the complaint is closed today itself with above observations as fully satisfied.
