Counsel for the opposite party No.1 Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv. got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund the price of the mobile hand set in question amounting to Rs.7000/- to the complainant subject to return of mobile hand set, original bill and accessories in possession of the complainant to the opposite party within 15 days from today. Counsel for the complainant Sh.Rajesh Bhatia,Adv.got recorded his statement that he accepted the offer made by the opposite party No.1.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to hand over the original bill and accessories, if any, in possession of the complainant to the counsel for opposite party No.1 within 7 days from today. Mobile set is already in possession of the opposite party No.2. Counsel for the opposite party No.1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.7000/- of the price of the mobile set to the complainant within 15 days from the date of the original bill and accessories if any in possession of the complainant is handed over to the counsel for the opposite party No.1. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
