ORDER

     The learned counsel for OP has made an endorsement on the order sheet that he has received handset alongwith charger and Rs.700/- as cost of the headphone. The learned counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet that he withdraws the present execution petition. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.
