            The record is put up before this Lok Adalat as per order No.6 dated 15.6.2016.  On call parties to this case are present and both the parties have filed a joint petition along with photocopy of money receipt praying to pass necessary order to dispose of the case.

            A discussion is made in respect of the subject matter of this case.  During the course of discussion, parties of this case have submitted before this Lok Adalat that the matter has been settled out of Forum and the O.Ps. have paid the settled amount to the complainant.  The complainant has submitted before this Lok Adalat that as he has got the settled amount he is not willing to proceed with this case further and has prayed to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.  Hence, it is

that the C.C. No.50/2016 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.
