The complainant is present in person as well as through his Ld. Advocate. Today the complainant, for getting the cheque to the tune of Rs.2,500/- submitted by O.P. No.1 on 13.4.2016, has filed an application. The complainant is at liberty to get the said cheque from the office of this Ld. Forum by producing cogent document before the appropriate authority. As the grievance of the complainant has been redressed by the O.P. No.1 by making payment of the said cheque amount with full and final satisfaction hence, in view of the prayer of the complainant the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
