 Present:      Sh.Neeraj Kaushik, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Piyush Sharma Advocate for OP No.1.

                   Sh.Kamal Gagneja Advocate for OP No.2.

                   Ld. counsel for OP no.1 made a statement that OP No.1 is ready to replace the mobile handset of the complainant by giving him new Micromax       Q-427 within one month..

                   On the other hand, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and he has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, it is observed that complainant shall hand over the mobile in question to the OP No.1 and in turn OP No.1 is directed to give a new Micromax Q-427 to the complainant within one month days from the date of decision. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
