Perused. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e.05.08.2019&31.10.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his application dated 03.05.2019 for setting aside dismissal order and restoration of the case which was dismissed in default vide order dated 14.03.2019. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence application for restoration of the complaint is also dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
