     The complainant and OP No.1 have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Charanjit Singh,Complainant in person alongwith Sh.Pardeep Kumar, Counsel for Complainant, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
