Today is fixed for filing written version by the O.P. No.1 and taking steps upon the O.P. No.2. The O.P. No.1 and the complainant filed their respective haziras. The complainant herself is present and files a verified petition stating that the case has been disposed of out of Forum and she has got the entire claimed amount from the O.P. No.1 and as such she does not want to with this case further and has prayed to dispose of the case. We considered the matter and we find that there is nothing to proceed with this case further.
