                   Sh. Piyush Sharma, Advocate for OP No. 1.

                   OPs No. 2 and 3 already exparte.

                   Ld. counsel for the OP No. 1 made a statement that the settlement has been effected with the complainant for a sum of Rs.11,500/- and according to the compromise, OP No. 1 is ready to give Rs.11,500/-  within 45 days to the complainant with the condition to return the old handset and accessories to the OP. This amount is towards full and final settlement.

                   On the other hand, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly, that complainant will not further claim anything in this case.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the OP No. 1 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.11,500/-(Rupees eleven thousand five hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days and complainant shall return the handset in question with accessories to the OP No. 1. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
