ORDER

     The parties have settled the dispute before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Akash Kumar Chauhan, Complainant in person has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint is ordered to be disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order. If OP No.1 fails to pay Rs.6499/- plus Rs.2500/- totaling Rs.8,999/- to the complainant as per undertaking within a period of 30 days from today i.e. 23.12.2016, then OP No.1 shall pay that amount of Rs.8,999/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 23.12.2016 till the payment is made  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
