ORDER

Vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1 has been filed.

                    The parties has settled the matter amicably. In this regard they have recorded separate statements in the following manner:-

 

            “Statement of Sh. Amandeep Singh, Adocate for the OP No.1

 

            The OP No.1 is ready to pay a lum-sum amount of Rs.10,000/- which includes Rs.7100 cost of handset in question plus Rs.2900/- towards compensation.”

 

“Statement of Sh. Satish Kumar, Adv. for the complainant.

 

            I have heard the statement of counsel for OP No.1 and agree with the same and I accept the amount towards full and final settlement.  The original Job sheet alongwith accessories of the handset in question shall be returned at the time of payment.   Accordingly I withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.”

 

                        In view of the above this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Both parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
