आदरणीय सदस्य  श्री कैलास वानखडे, सदस्‍य  यांचे अनुसार

                        ग्राहक संरक्षण कायदा 1986 चे, कलम :12 अन्वये, सादर करण्‍यात आलेल्‍या, सदर तक्रारीमध्ये तक्रारकर्ते व विरुध्दपक्ष यांनी रेकॉर्डवर आज दि. 31/08/2016 रोजी  पुरसीस दाखल केली.  त्यामधील मजकुर येणे प्रमाणे…

     “ The dispute in respect of the mobile phone is amicably settled between the party i.e complainant and Micromax.  The complainant shall handover the disputed mobile handset with accessories / the original receipt of tendering the handset to the service center, to the counsel for respondent Micromax and in turn the respondent Micromax agreed and undertakes to pay the cost of the mobile or Rs. 6500/- (Six thousand five hundred ) and Rs. 2000/- (Two thousand only) towards cost, damages, mental torture, pain and agony and all the claims under the complainant towards full and final settlement of the claim of complainant.  Thus total amount of Rs. 8500/- (Eight th. Five h. only) shall be paid by the respondent Micromax to the complainant within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of order from the complainant, failing which the complainant shall be entitled to recover the amount with interest at 9% p.a. from the respondent.  Hence this pursis.”

            तक्रारकर्ते यांचे उपरोक्त पुरसीसनुसार तक्रारकर्त्याच्या तक्रारीमधील वादाचे पुर्णपणे समाधान झालेले आहे. त्यामुळे सदर तक्रारीतील कार्यवाही, उपरोक्त पुरसीस नुसार कायमची येथेच थांबविण्यात येत असून, सदर तक्रार नस्तीबध्द करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात येत आहेत व अशा प्रकारे सदर तक्रार कायमची निकाली काढण्यात येत आहे
