Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP-1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: - The OP-1 offers to pay Rs.10,900/- as invoice price as well as Rs.2000/- towards litigation expenses i.e. total Rs.12,900/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute. The amount will be paid within 45 days from today. Sh. Vishal Sharma, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: - I accept the offer. The defective mobile handset is with the service centre (OP No.3). I withdraw this complaint. I shall return the accessories along with original job sheet to the OP-1 at the time of receiving of the payment of Rs.12,900/-. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs.12900/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within four weeks from today failing which the OP-1 shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned. |
