ORDER:

                     Learned counsel of Decree Holder made statement that he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and wants to withdraw the same with permission to file afresh complaint. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant/DH would be at liberty to file afresh complaint as per provisions of law.The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
