The Version in this case was filed by OP-1 on 19-09-2015 and on the same day the complainant who is in-person was called upon to file her affidavit evidence. However, the complainant since thereafter remained absent continuously without assigning any reasons. Even today complainant remained absent without assigning any reasons and failed to file her affidavit evidence and prosecute the complaint. It appears that the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the present complaint. Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
