Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to swap the mobile set in question with same model or upgrade model subject to return of the original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant within 15 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepinder Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that in view of the statement made by the counsel for the opposite party No.1,he agreed with the same and the Hon'ble Forum may pass adequate order for the time period for compliance of the said statement.

In view of the statements of both the parties, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant that he shall return the mobile set in question, original bill alongwith accessories in the possession of the complainant to the opposite party No.1 & 2 within 15 days from today and opposite party No.1 is directed to replace the mobile set of the complainant with same model or upgrade model within one month from the receipt of the mobile set in question, original bill alongwith accessories in possession of the complainant. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
