Parties are absent on calls and no steps taken. It is seen that after filing of this case, not on single adjournment, the complainant has appeared before this Forum. In this case, basically the complainant has filed this case for non refund of his handset with repair by Op No-2 (ASC). Notice on Op No-2 could not be served due to absconding of Op No-2 from his address. We find no case against op No-1 (Company). As  the complainant did not take any step as per order date 23.03.2018 of this Commission, no further notice could be served on Op No-2.

              In view above facts and circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the case of the complainant for non prosecution. Pronounced in the open Forum on this 14^th day of Oct., 2020.
