The parties have made joint statement to the effect that they have compromised the matter as per compromise complainant Sandeep Kumar will get Rs. 7,000/- as full and final settlement of the present complaint and he will withdraw the present complaint as fully satisfied. The complainant has made a separate statement to the effect that he received the settled amount of Rs. 7,000/-  vide cheque No. 000685 dated 15.3.2215 of Standard Charted New Delhi from the opposite party No. 3 as full and final settlement and he  withdraws his complaint. The opposite party No. 1 has also made a separate statement to the effect that he received the old mobile set in question from the complainant. In view of the statements of the parties the present case is dismissed as fully compromised. File be consigned to record room.
