ORDER

                   Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP -1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP-1 offers to pay Rs.8990/- (Rs.6990/- as invoice price plus Rs.2000/- as cost of litigation) to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute.  The amount will be paid within 30 days from today”. 

                   Sh. Ramandeep Singh, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.  I withdraw this complaint. The complainant shall return the accessories and mobile handset, in question, to the OP-1 at the time of receiving of the payment of Rs.8990/-“.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs.8990/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.18.08.2016, failing which the OP-1 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
